Summer sleepovers with Chloe.

Yesterday we had an early Fathers Day celebration. My mom made the most delicious meal. Monet got really dirty, ate a lot of ice cream, licorice and whipping cream. The boys had it out in a game of croquet. It was the perfect way to celebrate.

I tried to get Monet to swim by enrolling her in infant swim lessons. It turned out to be a disaster. The water was freezing, which I think was the biggest problem. She hated it. Hated it. We went for a week and then my heart broke and I took her out. Swimming is over rated.

On Monday, Monet got all of her hair cut off.

This is the wild before hair do: She was actually really good during the whole process.

A candy necklace helped.

I'll admit, I had to hold back tears when I saw all of this baby hair.

But then I saw how adorable her little bob was!

It's so cute, I love it!

Wasn't the weather this weekend wonderful?

We went out to the golf course so

Grant could practice,

Chloe & I could suntan

And so Monet could drive the cart and run around.

We all were in heaven.
