Last weekend we took advantage of the beautiful weather and went to the cabin. Monet was in absolute heaven. If she had the choice, she would have lived there for the rest of her life. It was her first time fishing and she loved it. My dad bought her a Buzz Lightyear fishing rod, so that made her excited.

It was Dylan's first time to the cabin. We had some intense games of checkers. We ate some really good food. There isn't anything better than steaks and blueberry cobbler by the campfire.

And let's not forget my famous s'mores.

Hey there Miloville. Voo created a campground just for Grant and his pancakes.

Summer isn't summer without the cabin. We all love it.

Leadville 2011

...

We had such a fun time in Colorado this year. We stayed in Copper Mountain and loved it. We hung out in the Village, rode go carts, Monet was in heaven squirting Chloe and I on the bumper boats. We also rode the chairlift and shopped. It was so much fun.

The race was great this year because it was hot and dry. No rain up there is amazing. It was too hot for the riders but lovely for the crew people!

Larry did really well. He finished in 10:50.

It was our 8th trip and I think it was the funnest one yet.

I told Monet we were going to the Bee's baseball game and she said, "I don't like bee's."
